Role details A specialist maritime recruiter is pleased to be partnering with a leading global ship management organisation to recruit an experienced Marine Superintendent – Heavy Lift / Multi-Purpose (MPP).
Requirements
- OKPrevious seagoing experience in a command position for a minimum of two years, with strong operational knowledge of Heavy Lift and Multi-Purpose vessels.
- OKThorough understanding of international maritime regulations, industry guidelines, and vessel management systems.
- OKDemonstrated experience in internal auditing, incident investigation, and risk management within a ship management environment.
- OKProven expertise in marine inspections, vessel performance monitoring, and supporting third-party inspections and vetting processes.
- OKExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and maintain a high standard of written and spoken English.
