Requirements
- OKProven sailing experience as a Master Mariner with comprehensive sea-going knowledge.
- OKPrevious experience as a Marine Superintendent preferred, but not mandatory.
- OKFluent in Bahasa Indonesia for effective communication with local teams and authorities.In-depth understanding of vessel operations, safety management, and maritime regulations.
