Role details A specialist maritime recruiter is pleased to partner with a leading global shipmanagement company renowned for delivering safe, efficient, and compliant operations across a modern tanker fleet.
Requirements
- OKMaster Mariner (or equivalent command experience) with a minimum of two years in command on tankers (LPG/LNG/Oil).
- OKStrong knowledge of international maritime regulations, industry guidelines, navigational practices, and tanker cargo operations.
- OKProven experience in marine inspections, internal auditing, incident investigation, and risk management.
- OKDemonstrated ability to support and mentor Masters and senior officers, including participation in interviews and training needs identification.
- OKExcellent communication skills, strong command of English, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary shore team.
