Requirements
- OKConduct inspections, audits, and surveys of ships, cargo, and marine structures.
- OKEnsure vessels comply with international maritime regulations (IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, ISPS, PSC, etc.).
- OKPerform hull, machinery, and cargo condition assessments for shipowners, operators, and insurers.
- OKInvestigate marine incidents, damage claims, and accidents, providing expert reports.
- OKCarry out pre-purchase, condition, and risk assessments on vessels.
- OKWork closely with classification societies, regulatory authorities, and port officials.
- OKProvide technical advice on safety, operational efficiency, and maintenance standards.
- OKPrepare detailed reports with recommendations based on survey findings.
- OKMaster Mariner (CoC1) or Chief Officer (CoC1) with extensive sea-going experience on large vessels and cargo ships.
- OKStrong knowledge of ship operations, cargo handling, and vessel safety standards.
- OKFamiliarity with classification societies (LR, ABS, DNV, BV, etc.).
- OKExperience with marine regulations, safety audits, and port state inspections.
- OKFluent in English, with basic Chinese language skills preferred.Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- OKWillingness to relocate to China and travel frequently for vessel inspections.
