Role overview
The Master is responsible for the overall command of the Bulk carrier vessel, ensuring safe and efficient operations. This includes navigating the vessel, managing the crew, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The Master will also be responsible for cargo operations and vessel maintenance.
The Master's day-to-day duties at sea will include navigating the vessel, monitoring weather and sea conditions, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure safe passage. The Master will also be responsible for conducting regular safety drills and training exercises with the crew. Additionally, the Master will review and update navigation charts and publications to ensure the vessel is operating with the most current information.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid Master's certificate of competency issued by a recognized maritime authority.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Master on a Bulk carrier vessel.
- Must have completed all required STCW training and certifications.
- Must have a strong understanding of international maritime regulations and standards.
- Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
