Role overview
The Master is responsible for the overall safety and operation of the Bulk carrier vessel. This includes ensuring compliance with international and local regulations, as well as company policies. The Master will also be responsible for the management of the deck crew.
The Master's day-to-day duties at sea will include navigating the vessel, managing cargo operations, and maintaining safety and security protocols. The Master will also be responsible for conducting regular drills and training exercises to ensure the crew is prepared for emergency situations. Additionally, the Master will be required to maintain accurate records and logs of the vessel's operations.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid Master's certificate of competency issued by a recognized maritime authority.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Master on a bulk carrier vessel.
- Must have a strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and conventions.
- Must have excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
