Role overview
The Master is responsible for the safe operation of the Bulk carrier, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws. This includes overseeing cargo operations, navigation, and maintenance of the vessel. The Master will also be responsible for the overall management of the deck department.
The Master's day-to-day duties will include planning and executing voyages, managing crew members, and maintaining accurate records of vessel operations. The Master will also be responsible for responding to emergencies and making key decisions in high-pressure situations. Additionally, the Master will conduct regular safety drills and training exercises to ensure crew preparedness.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid Master's certificate of competency.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Master on a bulk carrier vessel.

- Must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced maritime environment.
