Role overview
The Master is responsible for the overall command of the Bulk carrier vessel, ensuring safe and efficient operations. This role requires strong leadership and navigational skills to manage the crew and vessel. The Master must also comply with all relevant regulations and laws.
The Master's day-to-day duties include navigating the vessel, managing cargo operations, and maintaining safety and security protocols. The Master is also responsible for conducting regular drills and training exercises to ensure crew readiness. Additionally, the Master must maintain accurate records and logs, including navigation, cargo, and crew records.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid Master's certificate of competency issued by a recognized maritime authority.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Master on a bulk carrier vessel.
- Must have completed all required STCW training and certification.
- Must have a strong understanding of international maritime regulations and laws.
- Must be able to pass a medical fitness exam.
