Role overview
The Master is responsible for the safe operation of the Bulk carrier vessel, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws. The Master will oversee all deck operations, including cargo handling and navigation. The Master will also be responsible for the overall management of the vessel.
The Master's day-to-day duties at sea will include navigating the vessel, managing the crew, and ensuring the safe handling of cargo. The Master will also be responsible for conducting regular safety drills and training exercises, as well as maintaining accurate records and logs. The Master will work closely with other crew members to ensure the smooth operation of the vessel.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid Master's certificate of competency.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Master on a Bulk carrier vessel.
- Must have a strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and laws.
- Must have excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
