Role overview
The Master is responsible for the overall operation of the Container Ship, ensuring safe and efficient navigation. This includes adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The Master will also be responsible for the management of the deck crew.
The Master's day-to-day duties include navigating the vessel, managing cargo operations, and maintaining safety and security protocols. The Master will also be responsible for conducting regular drills and training exercises to ensure crew readiness. Additionally, the Master will manage and maintain the vessel's documents and records.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid Master's certificate of competency
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Master on a similar type of vessel
- Must have completed all required STCW training and certifications
- Must have a strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and laws
- Must have excellent leadership and communication skills
