Role overview
The Master is responsible for the overall operation and navigation of the vessel, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of crude oil. This role requires strong leadership and decision-making skills to manage the crew and vessel. The Master will also be responsible for complying with all relevant regulations and laws.
The day-to-day duties of the Master include navigating the vessel, managing cargo operations, and overseeing maintenance and repairs. The Master will also be responsible for conducting safety drills and training exercises to ensure the crew is prepared for emergency situations. Additionally, the Master will manage the vessel's budget and resources to ensure cost-effective operations.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid Master's certificate of competency for unlimited tonnage.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Master on a crude oil tanker.
- Must have completed all required STCW training and certifications.
- Must have a strong understanding of international maritime regulations and laws.
- Must have excellent leadership and communication skills.
