Role overview
The Master is responsible for the overall safety and operation of the vessel. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws. The Master will also be responsible for the management of the deck crew.
The Master's day-to-day duties will include navigating the vessel, managing cargo operations, and maintaining the vessel's safety and security. The Master will also be responsible for conducting regular drills and training exercises with the crew. Additionally, the Master will be required to maintain accurate records and logs of the vessel's operations.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid Master's Certificate of Competency issued by a recognized maritime authority.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Master on a crude oil tanker.
- Must have a strong knowledge of maritime regulations and laws, including SOLAS and MARPOL.
- Must have excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
