Role overview
The Master is responsible for the overall command of a Crude oil tanker, ensuring safe and efficient operations. This role requires strong leadership and navigational skills. The Master will be in charge of a large crew and must be able to make critical decisions quickly.
The Master's day-to-day duties include navigating the vessel, managing cargo operations, and overseeing maintenance and repairs. The Master will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Additionally, the Master will lead drills and training exercises to prepare the crew for emergency situations.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid Master's certificate of competency for unlimited tonnage.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Master on a tanker vessel.

- Must have a strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
- Must have excellent leadership and communication skills.
