Role overview
The Master is responsible for the overall safety and operation of the General Cargo Vessel. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws. The Master will also be responsible for managing the deck crew.
The Master's day-to-day duties at sea will include navigating the vessel, managing cargo operations, and maintaining safety and security protocols. The Master will also be responsible for conducting regular drills and training exercises to ensure the crew is prepared for emergencies. Additionally, the Master will manage the vessel's budget and ensure all operations are conducted in a cost-effective manner.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid Master's certificate of competency
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Master on a similar type of vessel
- Must have a strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and laws

- Must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
