Role overview
The Master is responsible for the safe operation of the vessel, including navigation, cargo operations, and crew management. The Master will be in command of an oil/chemical tanker, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. This role requires strong leadership and decision-making skills.
The Master's day-to-day duties include navigating the vessel, managing cargo operations, and overseeing crew activities. The Master will also be responsible for maintaining the vessel's safety and security, as well as ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Additionally, the Master will conduct regular drills and training exercises to ensure crew readiness.

What we look for
- Hold a valid Master's certificate of competency for oil/chemical tankers
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a Master on a similar type of vessel
- Possess a valid STCW certificate, including advanced fire-fighting and tanker endorsement
- Have a strong understanding of ISM, ISPS, and MARPOL regulations
- Be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills
