Role overview
The Master is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Product tanker, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to oversee the deck crew. The Master will also be responsible for cargo operations and navigation.
The Master's day-to-day duties will include navigating the vessel, managing cargo operations, and ensuring the safety of the crew and vessel. The Master will also be responsible for conducting regular drills and training exercises to maintain crew readiness. Additionally, the Master will oversee maintenance and repair work to ensure the vessel remains in good working condition.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid Master's certificate of competency issued by a recognized maritime authority.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Master on a tanker vessel.
- Must have completed all required STCW training and certification.
- Must have a strong understanding of ISM and ISPS codes.
- Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and management skills.
