Role overview
The Master is responsible for the overall safety and operation of the VLCC vessel. This senior role requires strong leadership and navigation skills to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of cargo. The Master will work closely with the crew to maintain high standards of safety and compliance.
The Master's day-to-day duties include navigating the vessel, managing cargo operations, and overseeing deck maintenance. The Master will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, as well as managing the crew and providing guidance and support as needed. Additionally, the Master will be required to respond to emergencies and make critical decisions in high-pressure situations.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid Master's certificate of competency issued by a recognized maritime authority.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Master on a tanker vessel.
- Must have completed all required STCW training and certifications.
- Must have a strong understanding of international maritime regulations and laws.
- Must have excellent leadership and communication skills.
