Role overview
We are seeking a skilled Motorman/Oiler to join our team on a Bulk carrier. As a key member of the engine department, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of the vessel's engines and associated equipment. The role requires a strong understanding of engine mechanics and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Your day-to-day duties will include performing routine maintenance tasks, monitoring engine performance, and carrying out repairs as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the engine room and surrounding areas. Additionally, you will work closely with other crew members to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.

What we look for
- Must hold a relevant STCW/CoC certificate.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Motorman/Oiler on a commercial vessel.
- Must have a strong understanding of engine mechanics and maintenance procedures.
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 25 kg.
