Support the team
Role details As a Naval Architect, you will play a key role in the development of high-end leisure yachts, supporting every stage from concept through to construction.
Requirements
- OKCreate and develop technical drawings for yachts exceeding 24 metres in length.
- OKPrepare documentation for classification society submissions, surveys, and flag state inspections.
- OKSupport compliance with class and flag regulations, including coordination with surveyors and regulatory bodies.
- OKWork closely with in-house designers and engineers to ensure seamless integration of structure, systems, and aesthetics.
- OKAssist in hull form development, stability calculations, and general arrangements as needed.
- OKEngage with production teams during construction to support build accuracy and troubleshoot as required.
- OKA degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering.
- OKA minimum of 2 years' professional experience in yacht or leisure craft design (essential).
- OKProficiency in AutoCAD and Rhino 3D/2D.
- OKSolid understanding of class rules (e.g., DNV, RINA, Lloyd’s) and flag state requirements.
- OKStrong technical drawing and documentation skills.
- OKExcellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to design.
- OKStrong communication and collaboration skills.
- OKWillingness to relocate to Poland (relocation support provided).
- OKMust have the right to live and work in the EU.
