Requirements
- OKCompleted technical education to at least MBO level, preferably in mechanical engineering, shipping, or a related field.
- OKStrong communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- OKAbility to perform under time pressure and adapt to challenging environments.
- OKFlexible approach to working hours.
- OKAffinity with shipping and willingness to work on board vessels worldwide.
- OKNDT Level II certification is advantageous but not required.
- OKLeadership potential, with opportunities to progress into a managerial role.
