- OKMinimum five years’ experience in dry bulk shipping operations Proven track record in managing fleet operations and liaising with commercial and technical departments Comprehensive understanding of maritime safety, regulatory compliance, and industry standards Experience leading and motivating multinational teams Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities Professional-level communication skills in English Familiarity with operational management software and reporting tools used in shipping operations
