Requirements

  • OKMinimum 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the shipbuilding or marine industry.
  • OKAt least 3 years’ experience managing international projects, preferably in shipbuilding or design.
  • OKBachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • OKStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • OKProficiency in MS Project or Primavera, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • OKProven track record in budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and reporting.
