Requirements

  • OKA Bachelor’s degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Human Resources or a related field.
  • OKProfessional certification in Project Management (such as PMP or PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
  • OKA minimum of 3–5 years' experience in managing operational or HR-related projects, ideally within the maritime or logistics sectors.
  • OKSolid understanding of crewing operations, maritime training standards and regulatory frameworks including STCW and MLC.
  • OKStrong leadership, organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using tools like MS Project, Smartsheet or Jira.
