Role details A specialist maritime recruiter is pleased to be partnering with a prestigious and globally respected Shipmanagement company headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus.
Requirements
- OKA Bachelor’s degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Human Resources or a related field.
- OKProfessional certification in Project Management (such as PMP or PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- OKA minimum of 3–5 years' experience in managing operational or HR-related projects, ideally within the maritime or logistics sectors.
- OKSolid understanding of crewing operations, maritime training standards and regulatory frameworks including STCW and MLC.
- OKStrong leadership, organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using tools like MS Project, Smartsheet or Jira.
