Requirements
- OKMinimum 5–8 years of experience in project management within the shipbuilding or marine engineering sector.
- OKProven background in managing cargo vessel newbuilds (bulk carriers, general cargo, or similar).
- OKSolid understanding of design processes, class approvals, and shipyard production workflows.
- OKExcellent planning, budgeting, and negotiation skills.
- OKStrong leadership with the ability to align technical teams, clients, and suppliers toward shared project goals.
- OKWillingness to travel occasionally to shipyards and client sites across Europe.
- OKFull EU working rights.
