Requirements
- OKMinimum of 7–10 years’ experience in project management within yacht refit, shipyard operations, marine engineering, or offshore technical projects Qualified in Marine Engineering (Mechanical Engineering).
- OKDemonstrable experience managing complex refit or maintenance projects, including mechanical, electrical, interior, structural, and systems upgrades Strong technical understanding of marine systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and automation systems Proven ability to manage project budgets, cost control, scheduling, risk assessments, and resource planning Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience dealing with captains, owners, suppliers, and subcontractors Strong organisational abilities with a methodical approach to project documentation, reporting, and change control Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian or French is advantageous Willingness to travel internationally in accordance with project requirements
