- OKProven track record in project or program management, preferably within the maritime or engineering sectors MSc degree, preferably in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect long-term strategy to day-to-day execution Excellent planning, organizing, and prioritizing abilities to ensure successful project outcomes Effective communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
