Requirements
- OKA maritime degree from a university or marine academy Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience with a shipping company Advanced training in Management Systems and auditing Deep knowledge of ISM Code, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, MLC 2006, and ISO 45001 Strong understanding of maritime operations, international regulations, and industry standards Excellent communication and managerial skills Team-oriented with a proactive, adaptable mindset Fluent in spoken and written English
