Requirements
- OKEnsure the quality and compliance of marine fuel supplies across various grades and specifications.
- OKSupervise cargo operations and fuel inspections at multiple ports, ensuring adherence to international standards.
- OKWork closely with fuel testing laboratories to analyze samples and resolve quality disputes.
- OKLiaise with external surveyors, insurance companies, and port authorities across different countries.
- OKMaintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality reports for internal and external audits.
- OKLead investigations into fuel-related claims or disputes, providing technical support and resolution strategies.
- OKMinimum 5 years of experience in marine fuel quality management, bunkering operations, or related fields.
- OKStrong working knowledge of fuel supply chains, cargo handling, and inspection protocols.
- OKFamiliarity with ISO 8217 fuel standards and MARPOL Annex VI regulations.
- OKExperience dealing with international ports, surveyors, and insurance claims.
- OKExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
- OKAbility to travel globally without restrictions.
- OKFluent in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) and proficient in English.
