Requirements

• OKOffice Setup & Leadership: Establish and manage the Denmark office, overseeing everything from regulatory setup and infrastructure to daily operations.
• OKBusiness Development: Build and grow a profitable trading book by leveraging existing relationships and developing new client networks across Northern Europe.
• OKTeam Building: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of bunker traders and support staff.
• OKStrategic Growth: Develop and execute a regional growth strategy aligned with the company’s global objectives.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all trading activities comply with local and international regulations and internal risk frameworks.
• OKMinimum 5–10 years of experience in bunker trading, with a proven track record of profitability and client development.
• OKStrong network within the maritime and shipping sectors in Northern Europe.
• OKEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive new initiatives.
• OKPrevious experience in setting up or managing a trading desk or office is highly desirable.
