Requirements
- OKA completed MBO, HBO, or WO degree in Maritime Engineering or a similar field Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the maritime sector Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD or BricsCAD Experience using specialist maritime software such as Optimoor and HECSTAB Strong understanding of naval architecture principles, stability calculations, and maritime design processes Ability to analyse technical challenges and justify engineering decisions Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders A proactive approach with a strong sense of responsibility Experience supporting or mentoring junior engineers is advantageous Fluency in Dutch is desired
