- OKExtensive experience in ship management, marine operations, or a related field Background as a Senior Cruise Ship Engineer Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, classification societies, and technical operations Proven ability to manage budgets and optimise operational costs Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with international teams and travel as required Chief Engineer license and sailing experience preferred
