Requirements
- OKMarine qualification (degree or Chief Engineer license) with relevant seagoing or shore-based technical superintendent experience within the shipping industry Demonstrated leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively manage and support vessel operations Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, for clear reporting and stakeholder communication In-depth knowledge of international maritime regulations, industry standards, and tanker vessel operations Proven experience in technical management, including budgeting, purchasing, maintenance planning, and cost control
