Role details A specialist maritime recruiter is pleased to be partnering with a long-established and highly respected international ship management company to recruit a Technical Fleet Manager (Wet) for its office in Limassol, Cyprus.
Requirements
- OKPrevious experience as a Technical Superintendent or in a senior technical management position within the shipping industry.
- OKStrong technical knowledge of tanker or wet fleet vessel operations, alongside a thorough understanding of international maritime regulations.
- OKExcellent leadership, communication, and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop technical teams.
- OKProven ability to manage fleet performance, implement management systems, and promote continuous improvement across technical operations.
- OKFluent English with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and support strategic decision-making within a fast-paced ship management environment.
