Role overview We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Technical Superintendent / Technical Superintendent to join the technical management team in Marseille.

Role details A specialist maritime recruiter is pleased to partner with a highly respected and globally recognised ship management company, renowned for its modern container fleet and excellence in technical ship management.
Requirements
- OKA recognised Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture qualification, with strong technical knowledge of vessel operations, maintenance planning, and budget control.
- OKPrevious sea-going experience as Chief Engineer on ocean-going vessels, with shore-based experience as a Technical Superintendent; experience with LNG or dual-fuel vessels is highly desirable.
- OKProven experience managing planned maintenance systems (PMS), safety management systems (SMS), dry dockings, repairs, inspections, and technical reporting.
- OKStrong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage budgets, KPIs, vendor selection, and technical data while ensuring compliance with international regulations.
- OKExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to perform effectively under pressure within a global team environment.
