Requirements
- OKExperience in technical vessel management or a similar shore-based marine position Strong engineering background; a Second Engineer (Class 2) CoC or above is preferred Solid understanding of international maritime regulations and compliance requirements Experience with short-sea or RoRo vessels is beneficial Strong communication skills for effective coordination with ship and shore teams Flexibility to travel regularly for vessel attendance and operational needs A methodical and proactive approach to managing technical tasks Ability to remain calm, organised and solution-oriented in dynamic situations Valid EU or UK driving licence
