Requirements

• OKOversee the technical operations and maintenance of assigned vessels to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
• OKMonitor vessel performance through regular inspections, performance reports, and maintenance records.
• OKDevelop and implement maintenance schedules, including dry-docking and special surveys, to minimize downtime and ensure vessel readiness.
• OKLiaise with vessel crews, technical departments, and external service providers to coordinate repairs, upgrades, and technical support.
• OKEnsure compliance with international maritime regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• OKManage technical budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
• OKPrepare and review technical reports, including incident investigations, performance analyses, and maintenance records.
• OKProvide technical guidance and support to vessel crews, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• OKBachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• OKMinimum of 5 years of experience in a technical superintendent role within the maritime industry.
• OKStrong knowledge of vessel operations, maintenance procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• OKProven experience in managing technical budgets and controlling operational costs.
• OKExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• OKProficiency in using maritime software and Microsoft Office Suite.
