- OKSailing experience as Chief Engineer on PCTC vessels Minimum of 2 years’ experience working ashore as a Technical Superintendent managing similar vessel types Strong technical knowledge of shipboard systems, maintenance, and repair planning Familiarity with international regulations, classification, and industry best practices Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
