Role details A specialist maritime recruiter is pleased to be partnering with a prestigious and well-established ship management company based in the UK.
Requirements
- OKHold at least a Class II Certificate of Competency or an equivalent military qualification, or possess a degree in a Marine Engineering-related discipline.
- OKHave extensive experience as a sea-going Engineer, ideally with 15 years of marine experience.
- OKDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of technical management, vessel operations, ISM requirements, and Flag and Class regulations.
- OKPossess strong budgetary management skills and a proven ability to oversee complex maintenance and repair programmes.
- OKShow proficiency in Microsoft Office and AMOS software, with the ability to utilise digital tools for efficient fleet management.
- OKHave a track record of successful team leadership and development.
