Role details A specialist maritime recruiter is pleased to be partnering with a leading global ship management company to recruit an experienced Technical Superintendent.
Requirements
- OKChief Engineer sailing experience on tanker vessels (minimum three years) and/or a degree in Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture.
- OKAt least three years' experience as a Technical Superintendent within a ship management or vessel owning company.
- OKStrong knowledge of planned maintenance, dry docking, technical budgeting, statutory compliance, and vessel performance management.
- OKProven leadership skills with the ability to coach and support onboard teams while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- OKExcellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with fluent English and strong computer literacy.
