Requirements
- OKHave proven experience as a Yacht Charter Broker with an established client base or strong network within the yachting industry Possess excellent knowledge of the global charter market and current industry trends Be fluent in English, with additional languages considered highly advantageous Demonstrate exceptional negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills Be commercially driven, self-motivated, and able to perform in a competitive and fast-paced environment Be eager to play a key role in shaping a new office and building a collaborative team culture Be based within a commuateble distance to Monaco
