The 2nd Engineer will support the Chief Engineer in operating and maintaining the propulsion and power generation plant of a modern Anchor Handling Tug Supply vessel. You will ensure the engine room runs safely and efficiently while complying with all maritime regulations.
Daily duties include monitoring main and auxiliary engines, conducting routine inspections, and performing corrective maintenance as required. You will assist in fuel management, oversee the bunkering process, and keep detailed technical logs. Coordination with deck officers for tow and supply operations is also part of the role.

Requirements
- OKValid STCW 2nd Engineer Certificate of Competency
- OKMinimum 2 years experience as 2nd Engineer on AHTS or similar vessel
- OKStrong knowledge of diesel engine plant, generators and auxiliary systems
- OKAbility to carry out planned maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting
- OKGood communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team
