Requirements
- OKSTCW 2010 certification with Officer of the Watch (OOW) endorsement
- OKValid 3rd Officer Continuous Discharge Certificate (CoC) for bulk carriers
- OKGMDSS Radio Operator’s Certificate
- OKMedical fitness certificate (Class 1)
- OKMinimum 12 months sea service as a deck officer on a bulk carrier
