Role overview
We are seeking an experienced Able Seaman to join our bulk carrier team. As an Able Seaman on a bulk carrier, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and efficiency of deck operations. You will work closely with other crew members to ensure the smooth operation of the vessel.
Your day-to-day duties will include maintaining the deck and superstructure, performing cargo operations, and participating in safety drills and training exercises. You will also be responsible for standing watch, monitoring vessel systems, and reporting any issues to the officer on duty. Additionally, you will assist with mooring and unmooring operations, as well as other tasks as directed by the deck officers.

What we look for
- Valid STCW certificate
- Valid medical certificate
- 2 years of experience as an Able Seaman on a bulk carrier
- High school diploma or equivalent
