Role overview
We are seeking an experienced Able Seaman to join our team on a Container Ship. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the vessel's deck and superstructure. This includes performing maintenance tasks and ensuring the vessel is safe and secure.
As an Able Seaman on our Container Ship, your day-to-day duties will include standing watch, navigating, and communicating with other crew members. You will also be responsible for mooring and unmooring operations, as well as maintaining the vessel's cargo gear and equipment. Additionally, you will participate in drills and training exercises to ensure the crew is prepared for emergency situations.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid STCW Certificate of Competency
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as an Able Seaman on a merchant vessel
- Must have a valid medical certificate
- Must have a good understanding of safety procedures and protocols
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
