- OKA valid Chief Engineer's Certificate of Competency (CoC) issued by a recognized maritime authority
- OKAt least 2 years of experience as a Chief Engineer on a similar type of vessel
- OKStrong knowledge of engine room operations, maintenance, and repair
- OKAbility to work independently and make sound technical decisions
- OKGood communication and leadership skills
