Requirements
- OK**
- OK- STCW 95 to General Familiarization (or equivalent) and a valid Cook’s Certificate of Competency.
- OK- Minimum 2 years experience as a shipboard cook, preferably on bulk carriers.
- OK- Knowledge of International Food Safety Management System (IFS) or similar.
- OK- Ability to work independently, manage inventory, and keep accurate records.
- OK- Good physical stamina and ability to work in a moving vessel environment.
