Role overview
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team on an oil/chemical tanker. The Cook will be responsible for preparing meals for the crew and maintaining a clean and hygienic galley. This is a key role in ensuring the health and well-being of our crew members.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and preparing meals, managing food supplies and provisions, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the galley. The Cook will also be required to follow strict safety protocols and adhere to company policies. Additionally, the Cook will be expected to work effectively as part of a small team to ensure the smooth operation of the vessel.

What we look for
- Must hold a relevant STCW/CoC certificate.
- Must have previous experience as a Cook on a commercial vessel.
- Must have a valid food safety certificate.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
- Must be able to pass a medical examination and obtain any necessary visas.
