The Cook is a key member of the hotel department on an oil/chemical tanker, responsible for preparing meals for the crew. The Cook will work closely with other crew members to maintain a clean and safe galley.
The Cook's day-to-day duties will include planning and preparing meals, managing food supplies and inventory, and maintaining a clean and sanitary galley. The Cook will also be responsible for ensuring all meals are prepared in accordance with safety and health regulations. Additionally, the Cook will assist with cleaning and maintaining the galley and dining areas.

Requirements
- OKRelevant STCW/CoC certificate
- OKFood Safety and Hygiene certificate
- OK2 years of experience as a Cook on a merchant vessel
- OKAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
- OKHigh school diploma or equivalent
