The Cook is a key member of the hotel department on an oil/chemical tanker, responsible for preparing meals for the crew. This role requires a high level of culinary skill and attention to detail to ensure the crew is well-fed and healthy. The Cook will work closely with other crew members to maintain a clean and safe galley.

The Cook's day-to-day duties will include planning and preparing meals, managing food supplies and inventory, and maintaining a clean and sanitary galley. The Cook will also be responsible for ensuring all meals are prepared in accordance with safety and health regulations. Additionally, the Cook will assist with cleaning and maintaining the galley and dining areas.
