Role overview
The Master is responsible for the overall operation and navigation of the Bulk carrier, ensuring safety and efficiency. The Master will oversee all deck operations, including cargo handling and maintenance. The Master will also be responsible for compliance with all regulatory requirements.
The Master's day-to-day duties will include navigating the vessel, managing the crew, and making decisions regarding cargo operations. The Master will also be responsible for monitoring weather and sea conditions, as well as responding to emergencies. The Master will maintain accurate records of vessel operations, including logs and reports.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid Master's certificate of competency.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Master on a bulk carrier.
- Must have a strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and conventions.

- Must be able to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
