Role overview
The Master is responsible for the overall safety and operation of the Bulk carrier vessel. This role requires strong leadership and navigational skills to ensure the safe transportation of cargo. The Master will also be responsible for managing the deck crew.
The Master's day-to-day duties at sea will include navigating the vessel, managing cargo operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The Master will also be responsible for monitoring weather conditions and making adjustments as necessary to ensure the safe passage of the vessel. Additionally, the Master will conduct regular drills and training exercises to maintain the crew's readiness and preparedness.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid Master's certificate of competency issued by a recognized maritime authority.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Master on a bulk carrier vessel.
- Must have a strong understanding of international maritime regulations and safety standards.
- Must have excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations.
